WELCOME, KARLYN!

Karlyn Nessa L.Ac., MAc is a licensed acupuncturist passionate about helping clients feel their best through thoughtful, individualized care. She believes true healing begins by addressing the root cause of imbalance and creating treatment plans that support long-term wellness. Known for a warm and approachable style, Karlyn is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable and supported during their wellness journey.

Karlyn earned her Master of Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University, completing over 525 supervised clinical hours and treating more than 250 patients. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of St. Thomas, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has a background as a Division I athlete and professional dancer.

Karlyn takes a holistic, evidence-informed approach to care and treats a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, pain management, digestive issues, sleep support, injury recovery, and overall wellness, with a special interest in women’s health, hormones, and fertility.
