CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand and acknowledge that life happens. However, your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient. The cancellation policy is put in place to protect our micro-business.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window or you no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
As a micro-business, we thank you for respecting our cancellation policy.
*A late cancellation fee will be applied in the event of illness, such as cough, cold, flu, other illness & COVID-19 exposure, diagnosis, quarantine, etc.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & POLICY
What is it? - Founder’s rate of $100 credit towards a treatment of your choice, billed 1x/month - subsequent appointments booked that same month will be priced at the membership rate (for those that come 2-4x/month)
No Membership Commitment Period: There is no minimum commitment period for your membership. You may cancel at any time. However, the founders rate will no longer be available after cancellation. Consider pausing your membership (see below) to maintain your founder’s rate.
Membership Suspension or Cancellation: Memberships can be paused or canceled with a 30-day notice. Please notify us in advance to avoid additional charges. You must notify us at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
Exclusive Member Benefits: Any additional appointments booked within your membership month will be charged at the membership rate.
No Rollover: Appointments do not roll over. Each treatment is designed to be used within the scheduled period.
Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Transferability: Your membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the membership.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the full session will still be charged. However, treatment time may be shortened depending on availability.
Membership Freeze for Special Circumstances: In cases of maternity leave, long-term illness, extended travel, etc, your membership may be paused. Please reach out to discuss your situation, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Pricing Changes: Membership pricing may be adjusted annually. Members will receive at least 30 days' notice of any changes to the membership fee.
RETURN POLICY
We are genuinely committed to your satisfaction.
We will gladly replace or issue credit for any damaged or defective product within seven days after delivery, less costs of shipping; no full refunds will be granted. Due to the purity of the ingredients used, we cannot accept any opened items. Therefore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

No returns or credits will be granted after the seven days of delivery and we cannot accept returns or exchanges without a prior email communication.
Due to their energetic and consumable nature, all Living Libations products are final sale.
